Pure Bhog MP Wheat Atta is made from carefully selected premium wheat sourced from the fertile regions of Madhya Pradesh. To ensure purity and safety, the wheat grains undergo a specialized dry-cleaning process that helps remove dust, impurities and surface residues before milling.
The cleaned grains are then slowly ground using low-RPM chakki milling technology. This gentle grinding process minimizes heat generation and helps preserve the natural taste, aroma and nutritional value of the wheat.
To further protect the flour’s quality, an advanced cyclone cooling system keeps both the atta and milling equipment cool during processing. The flour is then passed through a medical-grade stainless steel shifter to ensure uniform texture and consistency.
Only after the atta has naturally cooled is it hygienically packed, helping retain its freshness, nutrients and authentic taste. The result is wholesome atta that produces soft, delicious rotis and supports a healthy lifestyle. Available in 5 kg, 10 kg, and 15 kg packs.
